It takes 70% less energy to produce a product from recycled water bottles than from raw materials. For every pound of recycled PET flake we produce, energy use is reduced by 84%, greenhouse gas emissions by 71%.

A standard household cusion uses between 350 and 600 water bottles to produce.

On average a cushion made from PET dries quicker. Foam can soak up water in it's open cell structure while the Adaptive fibers have no inherent cells to absorb water.
